FR: Collapsable Categories: Accounts, Tags, Ninja Follow

Would be nice to collapse the 3 main categories.
Of course, this would give you more trouble than just a simple $("#accounts').hide(), since you would then have to manage total counts on that Category, and Bold and Non-Bold :P

I'm going to delay this one for now, because at some point I want to have plugins and I think this would be a fit.
