The threaded conversations are nice. But I do miss the "in reply to" link in twitter. But to go one further, I would like to request a feature that shows all tweets in a conversation thread even if you aren't following everyone. Maybe collapsed by default or something.

I started on that a bit back, but then pulled it. There wasn't a great way to handle w/ the twitter api. I do intend to revisit at some point.
