2 clicks to refresh
Reported by Anh Quang Do | April 14th, 2010 @ 11:58 AM
I have this problem all the way from 1.00 to 1.05.
It sometimes takes me 2 clicks (or more) to refresh my timeline. I mean, the first click returns no results, while after clicking the Refresh button for a while, it suddenly shows up.

Do you wait about 3 to 10 seconds?
I've realized that some asynchronous stuff keeps going in the background even if there is no visual indication.

Yeah, I guess that's the case.
Since I'm using Safari, I have no idea whether or not async requests are running or not :D

Anh, are you able to test it under a Firefox browser with Firebug. Would really help :)

I can't reproduce it just now. Will report back later if I encounter the same issue.
I notice that the frequency of the problem has reduced much with the latest updates.

It seems to me that if I read all 20couch's items, close the tab and leave for a couple of hours, when I come back the list will be initially empty for a fraction of second (Firebug's console shows nothing but 20couch's cookie being set). Then, an Ajax request is issued (without the Loading message even showing - Firebug shows a request) and the list is repopulated with latest tweets (Firebug's console refreshes). This happens in both Firefox & Safari.
