Settings show up as text fields

The title pretty much summarizes what happens.
Retweet method and Show remaining API requests should be radio boxes, not text fields.

This looks like a side effect of coming from 1.2 to 1.3.
Has the FormHelper changed the way it processes the input on the FormHelper::input() method?

The auto underscrore_var_name to camalCaseVarName when setting in controller was disabled, so the input didn't know about the options and assumed it was a text input.
