"Send a tweet" Form does not reset char counter upon show event.

I've noticed this from my 0.4 to 0.5 upgrade.
I was going to tweet my intention to Upgrade and noticed that it
still had the last Char count from the last tweet.
Upgraded to 0.5 and it was still doing the same from tweet to
tweet.
