Mobile version doesn't refresh

I'm testing on the Palm Pre*. I sit on the main screen and it never updates when new tweets arrive in my timeline. I guess this could be a feature, but wasn't sure what the expected functionality sould be. Personally, I'm satisfied hitting refresh manually, but as it stands there is no way to get automatic notification of new tweets.
*A note for anyone else interested in the Palm Pre, other webOS, or otherwise unsupported phone. As of v0.6 I have to add "webOS" to the REQUEST_MOBILE_UA constant for the mobile version to display correctly.
